How to interpret QR scans and statistics
Open the QR in the correct account and view reports available for your plan and role. Check the selected period before comparing numbers. Not every plan offers the same detail or export options.
How to check
- Select the account and QR you want to analyze.
- Check the report’s date range before comparing numbers.
- Read each metric’s name and check which details your plan provides.
- Compare equivalent periods and materials before drawing campaign conclusions.
Interpreting the metrics
| Metric | What it counts | What it does not prove |
|---|---|---|
| Total scans | Recorded accesses to the redirect. | Sales or physical attendance at the location. |
| Unique IPs | Distinct IP addresses in the selected period. | Unique people or devices. |
Different people can share an IP, and one person can use several addresses. Adding daily unique counts does not give the period’s unique total.
Processing and estimates
Data may be processed before appearing in reports. Location, browser and device information have limitations and may be unavailable. An estimated city is not a confirmed position.
A new campaign
The current workflow does not offer resetting statistics as a normal user action. To analyze a new campaign, use periods or distinct QR Codes as needed. Do not request history deletion assuming it can be automatically undone.
