Personal data, emails and service documents

E-lemento processes data needed for registration, security, billing, support and the features used. Dynamic QR scans may create technical records, including IP and approximate connection information. It is incorrect to claim that no personal data is processed or that every report is anonymous merely because names are absent.

When publishing content

Anyone publishing contacts, images or files must have authorization and an appropriate basis to make them available. A public QR can be accessed and shared by others. The destination website has its own rules.

Cookies and preferences

The Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy are available on the website. Cookie preferences let you review optional analytics choices. Refusing analytics does not automatically disable form protection.

Email and data rights

Marketing emails, where sent, must provide the applicable opt-out mechanism. Necessary security, billing and support notices have different purposes. To exercise data rights or report difficulty unsubscribing, contact info@e-lemento.com with the subject Privacy. Do not send passwords or access codes.
